Coleen brings her passion for artisan food and culinary craftsmanship to a stunning 5-course menu, including a curated cheese plate, elevated takes on chicken picatta and pork tenderloin, and a showstopping surprise dessert revealed only at the table.

Dinner Menu

  • Cheese Plate – Triple cream brie, wild rice gouda, smoked salmon pâté, and more

  • Deconstructed Chicken Picatta – Lemon beurre blanc, braised artichoke, capers

  • Herb-Brined Pork Tenderloin – Red cabbage, spaetzle, brown butter and sage

  • Lamb Meatball – Brandy sauce, parsnip-potato mash, glazed carrots

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a curated selection of wines to complement and enhance the dishes. A beer pairing option is available as a substitute for guests who would like an alternative.
